Eligibility Criteria:
- Exclusive to first-time buyers with a gross household income not exceeding £80,000 per year (£90,000 in London).
- Local criteria, such as a local connection or keyworker status, determined by the local authority.
- Obtain a mortgage for at least 50% of the discounted purchase.
- Provide a minimum 5% deposit of the discounted purchase price.
- The purchased property must be the buyer's only home.
- If buying with a partner, both parties need to be first-time buyers.
Explore our collection of brand-new homes, with the scheme applicable to specified properties not exceeding £250,000 post-discount. Once you have found a property you like, liaise with our friendly sales executive, who will guide you through the Eligibility Application to the Local Authority. There is a fee to pay on submitting the application in addition to the reservation fee. If you are unsuccessful, the eligibility application fee is refunded in full. In some instances, we will even pay the fee for you!
