If you like what you see… complete your identity checks and finalise your reservation by paying the remaining balance of the reservation fee. (Reservation fees may vary dependant on house type and location.
Refund policy
If we are unable to reach you within 72 hours, or the reservation is not complete within 7 days, rest assured, we’ll promptly return your pre-reservation fee.
If you change your mind, for whatever reason and do not complete the reservation process, no problem, we’ll refund the pre-reservation fee paid.
The refund timing may vary based on your bank.
