Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide potential buyers through show homes and development, providing a first-class customer experience
- Support clients through every step of the homebuying journey, from enquiry to completion
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity, including checking listings on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla
- Provide regular feedback on competitor pricing, incentives, and marketing campaigns
- Contribute ideas for local marketing initiatives and promotional events to boost enquiries and footfall
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in new home sales
- A genuine interest in property and a proactive approach to selling
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and a well-presented, professional manner
- Willingness to work weekends and travel to development sites as required
